· edBihar will not be answerable to the unfulfillment of the services if there are any obstructions due to earthquake or flood or any other natural calamities or by act of God, also by manmade calamities like fire or terrorism or labour strike or political strike or lockout or lockdown or boycott.
· The services provided by edBihar is for the end user. End-User means that once the service is sold then the service has to be used by the person who has purchased the service or by the person on whose behalf the service has been purchased. If edBihar finds any user reselling the service to other person, edBihar may suspend such user accounts with notification to the user.
· edBihar reserves the right to deny the user the access to the website, if the company finds any kind of violation to the Terms and Condition from the user’s end or if any breach is reported from the user’s end.
· edBihar strongly take care of the data and information of its visitor and its customers. Please refer to the Privacy Policy, as incorporated by therein reference which is published on the website on its Privacy Policy section.
