Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.  Introduction

 

This policy explains about how edBihar (hereafter referred as “We”, “Our”, “Us” hereafter referred to the property or asset or representative of edBihar) allows to make cancellation of a purchase of product or service and there are the requirements for a user wishing to make any cancellation and requesting for refund. If the user doesn’t fulfil the criterion for the cancellation, then the refunds are restricted. It is advised to the user (hereafter referred as “You”, “Your” hereafter referred to “the user’s”) to read the Refund Policy before continuing to use our service. By continuing to use our service you agree to the Refund Policy of the company as discussed in the policy.

 

2.  Cancellation and Upgradation

 

·         We do not accept the request for cancellation of purchase and refund if the reason produced by the user is that – it was somehow purchased by error or by user mistake.

·         User is allowed to request for change in their profile by contacting edBihar Support. All the content viewable to the user is based on the profile that you have created while accessing the Dashboard content. Therefore, it is recommended to fill the details very carefully. In case of a mistake while registering, you can reach out to edBihar Support to get it changed. Any request for change in the profile details will not be entertained after 30 days after creating the profile.

·         If while making a purchase on our website or app, amount is deducted from your account but the transaction failed to complete, then in such case it will be refunded in next 4-5 working days.

 

3.  Refunds

 

·         If user meets the requirements of the Refund policy, then and only then the refund will be initiated.

·         The refund amount will be credited back to the same account which was used to make the payment on the website. It may take 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect into your account.
